Paul Bridges, Ph.D., serves as the President of Consulting at Parexel, where he leads a global organization of over 2,100 professionals, including more than 80 former regulators and health technology assessment (HTA) experts. With nearly 20 years at the company, Dr. Bridges oversees a broad portfolio that includes Regulatory Consulting, Access Consulting, and Strategic Compliance, as well as specialized units like Health Advances. His extensive career includes previous roles as a pharmaceutical assessor for the UK Licensing Authority (Medicines Control Agency) and European Director of Regulatory Affairs for INO Therapeutics. An expert in chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), he is a frequent speaker on topics such as leveraging AI in clinical trials and navigating complex global licensing procedures to maximize the commercial success of innovative therapies.
