Through 20+ years’ experience, Kelci is a deeply skilled professional in all aspects of software & solutions development lifecycle, management and leadership, advanced analytics & AI dedicated to the life sciences market. In her roles, she has developed and implemented statistical, AI/ML, optimization algorithms and applications for the entire healthcare and biopharmaceutical enterprise value chain, led cross-functional teams involved in the software & solutions development process for life sciences data and analysis use cases, and provided customer facing advanced enablement and guidance for commercial biotech/pharmaceutical companies, regulatory agencies, healthcare and health tech services, and core labs/academic institutions.  Kelci  routinely serves as an SME both externally and internally around implementation science in analytical methodology, digitalization, data science and machine learning, data visualization, and technology platforms.
